Molecular sieve replacement steps and precautions for nitrogen machine maintenance:
1) Preparation before replacement
Empty the filling device of the nitrogen maker to be replaced to normal pressure by manual operation. Stop the program operation of the device (point stop button) and turn off the power supply of the device. Close raw gas inlet, product outlet, hydrogen inlet valve. For the reactor to be replaced, pass a small amount of compressed air, passivate the packing, and pay attention to keep the temperature rise not more than 50oC.
2) Remove the filler
Open the discharge port flange at the lower end of the nitrogen generator reactor and discharge the filler. After discharge, if conditions permit, a certain amount of raw gas can be injected into the reactor at a small flow rate for purging.
3) Load the filler
Install the discharge port flange of the nitrogen maker, open the loading port flange at the top of the reactor, and load the filler with a funnel. During the packing process, a wooden hammer or a hammer can be used to strike the lower end of the reactor to make the packing as solid as possible. Tighten the top cover flange after filling.
4) Air tightness test
After all reactor packing is replaced, you can press the pause button on the operation interface to switch to manual operation mode. Manually pressurize each reactor to working pressure with a small flow rate, and then use soap film for leakage testing. Because the new packing will adsorb a certain amount of gas, it is not entirely suitable to use the method of maintaining pressure and testing leakage.
