In daily use, the user should know more about routine maintenance during the operation of the equipment, so that the use of the machine is more worrying. Nitrogen making machine is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, under a certain pressure, from the air to produce nitrogen. After purifying and drying compressed air, pressure adsorption and decompression desorption are carried out in the adsorber. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen, oxygen is preferentially adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished nitrogen. Then by reducing pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to achieve regeneration.

Four points need to be done for the daily maintenance of each component of the nitrogen machine:

1, the electrical control part is the reuse part of the normal operation of the nitrogen system, which is the most important;

2, the pre-filter part of the drainage valve (automatic drainage) must have drainage function;

3, the frozen dryer part plus the hot weather, must do a good job of heat dissipation of the machine, a lot of them are not working.

4, the drainage of the gas storage tank must be manually discharged, and many customers do not understand (once I went to a customer to put more than half of the water in the tank).
