Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine working principle:
Nitrogen production by pressure swing adsorption using carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent. Under A certain pressure, the adsorption of oxygen in the air by carbon molecular sieve is much greater than nitrogen, so through programmable control of the pneumatic valve opening and closing, A, B two towers can alternately cycle, pressure adsorption, decompression desorption, complete the separation of oxygen and nitrogen, to obtain the required purity of nitrogen.
Typical use:
Voltage gas in charging short-circuiters, large scale integrated circuits, color and black and white picture tubes, parts for television sets and voice recorders, as well as protective gases for the manufacture of semiconductors and electrical appliances, laser drilling and other electrical components produced nitrogen-based atmospheres.
The use of nitrogen as a gas protection prevents oxidation, so that the product is better produced and more quickly produced.
