Nitrogen machine PLC system configuration instructions:
All switching output signals are equipped with Japanese Omron relays. Siemens power supply, corresponding circuit breakers, terminals, so that the system has very good stability. Matching cabinets are harmonious and consistent.
PLC system I/O points should have a 20% margin. All I/O cards are planned to use small cards, and the number of analog input/output card channels does not exceed 8 points. The number of digital card channels does not exceed 16 points, so that the system has a very good dispersion and security.
PLC shall comply with the MODBUS RTU communication protocol and communicate with the main control DCS. Party B shall consider the selection of useful communication methods when making communication planning and supporting and supplying equipment, and complete the comprehensive automatic management network of the whole plant. Party B only serves as the reserved RS485 interface, and Party A serves as the communication cable.
The number of system configuration cards must meet the device control requirements and the preceding system configuration requirements.
System load description:
In the worst case, the budgeted load of data paths and individual computations (e.g., controllers, operating stations, engineer workstations, etc.) does not exceed 60% of the available capital (e.g., memory, data transfer speed, etc.).
