Principles:
PSA nitrogen generator uses carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, through pressure swing adsorption, atmospheric pressure analytical principle to produce nitrogen. In other words, under certain pressure, carbon molecular sieve has different adsorption capacity for oxygen and nitrogen to achieve the purpose of nitrogen and oxygen separation. The alternating adsorption and desorption process of the two towers is realized by the on-off control of the pneumatic valve by PLC. Depending on the pressure change, the oxygen/nitrogen separation is performed and the desired purity of nitrogen is produced.
