PSA (pressure swing adsotption) technology method applies to small and medium-sized nitrogen manufacturing equipment. Working principle: According to the principle of pressure swing adsorption, high quality carbon molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. Under a certain pressure, due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the pore of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, oxygen is absorbed by carbon molecular sieve in large quantities, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with the pressure, reducing the pressure can not only desorption oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, but also regeneration of carbon molecular sieve, so that it can be recycled repeatedly. The company's products use two tower structure, one tower in adsorption nitrogen production, one tower desorption regeneration, through the PLC intelligent program controller to control the opening and closing of the pneumatic Angle seat valve, so that the two towers cycle alternately, continuous production of nitrogen.
