The working principle and precautions of adsorption dryer

Adsorption dryer uses advanced chemical technology, its principle is the saturated compressed air using water and air molecular volume of the different use of gas purification special molecular sieve to filter out the compressed air saturated water vapor, can easily adsorb water molecules in molecular sieve particles, and then regeneration method to reduce molecular sieve, the compressed air point will easily reach -40.
How it works:
Adsorption dryer is through the "pressure change "(pressure swing adsorption principle) to achieve the drying effect. Since the ability of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to the pressure, a portion of its dried air (called re-gas) expands to atmospheric pressure under reduced pressure. This pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then it passes through the unconnected air to regenerate the desiccant layer (i.e. the drying tower that has absorbed enough water vapor). The dry re-gas sucks out the water in the desiccant. Take it out of the dryer to achieve dehumidification. The two towers work in circulation, without heat source, and continuously provide dry compressed air to the user's gas system.
Note:
The oil content of intake tower air should be controlled below 0.01mg/m3; In view of the fact that the oil-free air compressor can not be truly oil-free, in order to prevent the accumulation of trace oil in the adsorption bed (this accumulation is very fast), it is necessary to install an oil remover at the air intake of the dryer; The micro-thermal regeneration suction machine should be used under rated temperature and pressure conditions, and when the intake air temperature is higher than or the intake air pressure is lower than the rated value, the capacity should be corrected; When the micro-thermal regenerative suction machine is used with the piston air compressor, the pressure regulating gas storage tank should be set in front to eliminate the high-speed impact of pulsating air on the adsorbent. Avoid deliberately "energy saving" to reduce regas consumption (including regenerative gas and heating power); When there is a "cold dryer front", the connection between the micro-thermal regeneration dryer and the cold dryer, as long as the site permits, should be installed separately as far as possible to reduce the air pressure drop, improve the ventilation conditions of the cold dryer and facilitate daily maintenance and repair; When the gas supply is sufficient, the non-heat regeneration dryer should be included in the first choice, its comprehensive energy consumption will not be higher than the heating regeneration, and its dew point is lower and more stable.
