The air storage tank drain outlet is equipped with a timed drain to reduce the load pressure of post-treatment.

The normal use of the equipment should pay attention to check whether each timing drainage device is normal drainage, whether the air pressure meets more than 0.6Mpa, and whether there is a cooling effect by comparing the import and export of the cold and dry machine. Check whether the purity of nitrogen is stable.

The air filter must be changed at a frequency of 4000 hours.

Activated carbon filter can effectively filter oil, can extend the service life of high-quality carbon molecular sieve, activated carbon needs to be replaced in 3000 hours or 4 months.

Replacement method: unscrew the lower shell of the filter core, then unscrew the filter core, change the new core, and then screw on the lower shell, and tighten it.
