Nitrogen machine daily maintenance is relatively simple:

1, the air compressor should be regularly maintained, air filter, oil worry, oil should be regularly replaced by the manufacturer according to the instructions.

2, the cold and dry machine should regularly check the refrigerant pressure, so as to timely supplement, the heat sink dust should be blown with compressed air every day, the filter element should be replaced regularly, the normal is 8000H, depending on the specific situation, the pressure difference.

3, open the air tank sewage outlet once a day to drain the condensed water in the air.

4, check the automatic drainage device every day, so as not to clog and lose the drainage effect. If it is blocked, you can slightly open the manual valve, close the self-discharge valve, and then remove the automatic drainer, decompose and clean. When cleaning the automatic drainer, use soap to clean it.

5. The nitrogen machine mainly checks the working pressure, purity and flow of the adsorption tower.

6, the activated carbon in the activated carbon filter is generally recommended to be replaced once a year.

7, silencer if there is black smoke, indicating molecular sieve powder, immediately stop, maintenance.

8. The nitrogen separator is calibrated regularly, and it is recommended to calibrate once every six months.

9, to check the sensitivity of the pneumatic valve and the solenoid valve, the wear of the pneumatic valve affects the purity of nitrogen, which is a wearing part.

10, the safety valve should be calibrated to the boiler inspection office every year.

6, solenoid valve: life is about 2 years;

7, nitrogen analyzer sensor: different analysis instrument sensor life is not the same;

8, pneumatic valve seals: life is about 2 years, the service life is 1.5 million times, in order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, it is recommended that the user replace once a year;

9, dust filter element: replace every 18 months, or replace after each screening;

10, nitrogen machine carbon molecular sieve: according to the user's use, it is recommended that the user add once a year;

11. Catalyst: palladium catalyst or carbon deoxidizer;

12, 5A molecular sieve: It is recommended to replace three years or replace in time after the dew point is not up to standard;

13, solenoid valve: life is about 2 years;
