Due to the recombination of carbon molecular sieve gap or normal loss, when the carbon level alarm occurs, the addition of carbon molecular sieve should be stopped in time. The storage, transportation and handling of carbon molecular sieve will not be harmful to human body. Wear goggles, breathing filter and exhaust fan when filling carbon molecular sieve. 3. When the nitrogen machine is in operation, if a large amount of black dust is found at the muffler vent, it should be stopped in time and the cause should be found to avoid the aggravation of carbon molecular sieve powder.

4. When faults such as nitrogen purity alarm, carbon alarm and adsorption pressure drop occur, stop the machine in time, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault, do not ignore it.

5. When the equipment is in continuous operation, the air tightness of the pipe joints should be checked frequently, and there should be no air leakage. It is necessary to check regularly whether the operating status of each pneumatic valve and freeze dryer is normal.

6. When the equipment is not used for a long time or interrupted, it should be ensured that it is turned on at least once a month for four hours each time to ensure that the equipment is always in standby state.

7. Refer to the filter, freeze dryer, pressure cylinder, pipe pneumatic valve, manual valve, flow meter, nitrogen analyzer, solenoid valve, regulating valve, pressure vessel and other operating instructions or documents for regular maintenance.
