I. Introduction
SEN type pressure swing ADSORPTION nitrogen device uses high quality carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent, and uses PSA(full name PRESSURESWING ADSORPTION) pressure swing adsorption principle to directly obtain nitrogen from compressed air.
Nitrogen flow rate can reach 10-2000nm3 /h, nitrogen purity 93 ~ 99.99% (equipped with nitrogen purification equipment, purity can be further increased to 99.9995%). The whole equipment is simple to operate, easy to install, high degree of automation, equipped with unqualified nitrogen automatic emptying device, can realize unmanned operation.
SEN nitrogen equipment is widely used in electronics, food, metallurgy, electric power, chemical, petroleum, medicine, textile, tobacco, instrumentation, automatic control and other industries.
Second, the working principle
Under a certain pressure, the diffusion rate of oxygen and nitrogen on the carbon molecular sieve is very different due to the dynamic effect. In a short time, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve in large quantities, and nitrogen molecules are enriched in the gas phase, so as to achieve the purpose of oxygen and nitrogen separation.
Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with the pressure, the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve can be desorbed by reducing the pressure, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused.
Using two adsorption column process, one column adsorption nitrogen production, one column desorption regeneration, alternating cycles, continuous production of high quality nitrogen.
