Then reduce the pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower is adsorbed to produce nitrogen, and the other tower is desorption and regeneration, which is automatically controlled by PLC program to make the two towers work alternately to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. Under pressure, the purified and dry compressed air is subjected to pressure adsorption and decompression desorption in the adsorber.
