Working principle

Under a certain pressure, under pressure swing adsorption, oxygen and nitrogen have different dispersion efficiency on the surface of carbon molecular sieve due to the dynamic effect, and the diffusion efficiency of oxygen on the surface of carbon molecular sieve is much higher than that of nitrogen. When the adsorption does not reach equilibrium, oxygen is absorbed by carbon molecular sieve in large quantities, and nitrogen is concentrated and enriched in the gas phase to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Since the adsorption capacity of carbon molecular sieve for oxygen varies significantly with the pressure, reducing the pressure can desorption the oxygen molecules adsorbed by carbon molecular sieve, so that the carbon molecular sieve can be regenerated and reused, and the imported PLC is used to control the alternating cycle of two towers to achieve continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.
