Molecular sieve is a kind of silico-aluminate, mainly composed of silicon and aluminum through oxygen bridge to form a wide skeleton structure, in the structure there are many uniform pore size and regular, large internal surface area of the hole. 3A molecular sieve:
It is mainly used for the boring of petroleum cracking gas, olefin, gas refining plant, oil field gas, and is a boring agent for chemical industry, medicine, insulating glass and other industries.
Chemical formula: 2/3K2O·1/3Na22O·AI2O3·2SiO2·.9/2H2O
Primary use: 1, liquid (such as ethanol) boring
2, the air in the hollow glass is boring

4. The boredom of refrigerant
4A molecular sieve:
Mainly used for natural gas and various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals, electronic materials and volatile substances dry, argon purification, methane, ethane propane separation.
Chemical formula: Na2O·Al2O3·2SiO2·9/2H2O
Primary uses: 1, air, natural gas, hydrocarbon complete alkanes, refrigerants and other gases and liquids deep dry;
2, argon preparation and purification;
3, static boring of electronic components and materials susceptible to moisture deterioration;
4, paint, polyester, dye, paint as dehydrating agent.
5A molecular sieve:
Chemical formula: 3/4CaO·1/4Na2O·Al2O3·2SiO2·9/2H2O
Primary uses: 1, natural gas dry, desulfurization, carbon dioxide removal;
2, nitrogen and oxygen separation, nitrogen and hydrogen separation, to produce oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen;
3. Petroleum dewaxing, separation of normal hydrocarbon from branched hydrocarbon and cyclic hydrocarbon.

Regeneration of molecular sieve
In order to obtain good operating function and long life, molecular sieve is necessary to regenerate after a certain time. The correctly regenerated molecular sieves are the same as the fresh ones, and the decay and aging of adsorption and mechanical functions are very low. There are two fundamental ways to regenerate molecular sieve:
1) Change the temperature, that is, "change the temperature". It is heated by molecular sieve to remove adsorbed material. In industry, it is usually heated with preheated regas, which purges the molecular sieve to 200 meters and carries away the desorbed adsorbent.
2) Change the relative pressure, that is, "transformer". It is commonly used in gas phase adsorption processes. The fundamental method is to adhere to the same temperature of the adsorbent, after falling pressure and inert gas blowback, remove the adsorbent. Regeneration is usually carried out in reverse with adsorption, which can make the large adsorbent contained at the entrance of the adsorption bed do not have to pass through the entire bed, and some molecular sieves do not touch the hot and humid gas, thereby improving the service life of the molecular sieves. Then the gas should be as dry as possible, otherwise it will affect the adsorption power.
