Second, the operation method of the nitrogen machine

2.1, Boot

2.1.1, turn on the power of the cold dryer and cool it for 3 to 5 minutes.

2.1.2, the air compressor is turned on, the compressed air enters the air storage tank of the cold dryer and filter processing, and the pressure gauge indicates a gradual rise.

2.1.3, until the pressure of the air buffer tank is 0.6MPa, open the control power switch cabinet, start the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen maker, you can enter the normal working state.

2.1.4, the nitrogen tank pressure is 0.6MPa, and then slowly open the exhaust valve, observe the flow meter float upward adjustment, for the user's requirements of nitrogen flow.

Description of the normal operating state of the equipment

3.1, the power indicator light, left suction, pressure, right suction light cycle shining indicates the nitrogen flow rate.

3.2, the left absorption, the pressure of the left adsorption column equilibrium pressure gradually rises to the highest, while the pressure of the right adsorption column gradually decreases to zero through the pressure equilibrium pressure.

3.3, pressure indicator light, left and right adsorption tower pressure will rise, fall, and gradually reach balance.
