The second step is the dust removal and condensation of the ammonia decomposition furnace, the nitrogen and water steam are cooled to room temperature through the first water cooler, the nitrogen is purified, and then it is further cooled to below the dew point in the freezer dryer, and then it is entered into the separator to remove the condensate condensation.

The third step is nitrogen purification dry nitrogen adsorbed gas through filtration, remove impurities, such as molecular sieve powder, can be refined nitrogen high purity, clean, directly into the furnace area safe gas, sealed gas, or mixed with hydrogen gas as a protective gas reduction.

The fourth step is the deep ammonia decomposition furnace drying. Dew point nitrogen condensation still can not meet the needs, must continue to enter the molecular sieve adsorption dryer depth drying, remove traces of water, dew point further reduced to the design requirements.
