Nitrogen requirements and precautions for using pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production mechanism

Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine is the use of a new gas separation technology - pressure swing adsorption method (PSA) to produce nitrogen, the use of molecular sieve on different gas molecules "adsorption" performance differences, so as to separate the mixture in the gas.
The pressure swing adsorption nitrogen making machine uses air as raw material, and uses a high-efficiency and highly selective solid adsorbent to separate nitrogen and oxygen from the air. The pressure swing adsorption method usually uses two towers in parallel, alternating pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration, to obtain a continuous flow of nitrogen. Because the two gases of nitrogen and oxygen have different diffusion rates on the surface of carbon molecular sieve, the smaller diameter of oxygen diffuses faster into the solid phase of molecular sieve, and the enriched components of nitrogen can be obtained in the gas phase, so nitrogen and oxygen are separated from each other. After a period of time, according to the characteristics of the adsorption amount of adsorbed gas under different pressures, after the adsorption of oxygen on the molecular sieve reaches the equilibrium, the pressure is reduced to remove the adsorption of oxygen on the carbon molecular sieve, which is called regeneration.
For the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine, the performance of the control valve must be the following:
1, the material performance of the control valve is good, absolutely can not have air leakage;
2, to ensure that the nitrogen machine control valve long enough service life, can carry out frequent switching operation;
3, within the acceptance of the control signal 0.02s, the nitrogen machine control valve can complete the on/off operation indicated by the signal.
Requirements for nitrogen machines
1. The three-phase five-wire power supply system must be provided for the nitrogen machine put into operation.
2, if it is a three-phase four-wire power system, reliable grounding must be provided.
Precautions when using nitrogen making machine
1. Nitrogen production requires hydrogenation to deoxygenate, and open flames are strictly prohibited in the nitrogen machine room.
2, the waste gas after production should be treated and discharged outside according to the requirements, and there should be no open fire and stacked flammable materials within 5m around.
3, nitrogen is a kind of asphyxiating gas, it is strictly prohibited to sleep and rest at the nitrogen machine.
