Scope of application

Article 1 This regulation is applicable to the operation of nitrogen machine inspection workers in nitrogen production pressure air workshop.

Second, job conditions

Article 2 Inspection workers must pass the training, examination and obtain the certificate, and then take up the post with the certificate. The trainee inspection worker shall be approved by the relevant department, and designate a special person to guide and supervise.

Article 3 Shall be familiar with the relevant provisions of the "Coal mine Safety Regulations", understand the nitrogen production system, master the structure, performance, technical characteristics and working principle of nitrogen production equipment and start control electrical equipment, and shall be able to use, maintain, eliminate general faults, and be able to operate independently.

Article 4 There is no medical condition that interferes with one's work.

Iii. Preparation before the host starts:

Article 5 Before starting the host, the "local/remote control" knob of the started air compressor high pressure cabinet must be converted to the "remote control" position.

Article 6 Before starting the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen maker, the central controller must notify the inspection personnel of the nitrogen pressure air workshop by telephone to check the opened equipment:

1, the ambient temperature should not exceed 33℃.

2, the power supply voltage is normal, high and low voltage cabinet indicator is normal. The power supply voltage shall not exceed the rated voltage value ±5%(10KV for air compressor, 380V for low voltage control of air compressor, 380V for cold and dry machine).

3, air compressor oil barrel oil level meter, indicating whether the lubricating oil level is within the normal range.

4. After the low-voltage power supply cabinet is powered on, the air compressor controller should be displayed to check whether the fault indicator is on (if it is on, the fault must be removed first or adjusted accordingly).

5, the various instruments on the panel of the cold dryer are normal. Check whether the refrigerant low pressure of the refrigerant table is normal (when it is not running, the temperature in the refrigerant table should be close to the atmospheric ambient temperature, indicating that the refrigerant has no leakage).

6. Check whether the ventilation equipment of the cold and dry machine is open normally, whether the fins of the condensate cooler and the cold and dry machine are clean, and close all the sewage pipe valves of the cold and dry machine.

7. Close the system valve in the nitrogen pipeline, open the emptying valve, and prepare to start.

Article 7 After the above contents to be checked are completed and the operating conditions are met, the inspection personnel of the nitrogen pressure air workshop shall notify the central control personnel to open the nitrogen machine by telephone.

4. When the remote control system fails, it will be converted to local operation. Manual host startup operation sequence:

Article 8 After closing the high voltage switchgear, open the nitrogen machine in the following order.

1, press the red start touch button (ON) on the display screen of the cold dryer, the LED display will appear running lamp, the operation indicator will light up, after a interval of 3-10 minutes, the cold dryer will officially start.

2, after the cold dryer starts, the lamp continues to show, and the temperature of the first point of the LED display after 1 minute, that is, the air inlet temperature.

3, after 2 minutes, touch the temperature of T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, and observe whether the LED display range is normal.

4, after the normal operation of the dry machine for three minutes, slowly open the nitrogen machine air source valve, and then open the air inlet valve, and check whether the drainage system is normal after 30 minutes of operation.

5. Start the air compressor and press the "Reset" button when "Ready to run" is displayed at the bottom of the screen.

6. Press the "General run key" or operate the corresponding mode or start key to start the air compressor.

7, Observe the pressure gauge of the gas storage tank, when the pressure reaches 0.5Mpa, press the green start button of the nitrogen machine control, and then the left and right adsorption tank begins to work alternately, and the pressure is between 0 and 0.8Mpa.

8. When the pressure gauge of the nitrogen main tank reaches 0.5MPa, slowly turn the discharge valve counterclockwise until the control cabinet shows that the nitrogen flow rate reaches 1500Nm3/h, and the oxygen content should be less than 2% after 20 minutes.

9, when the oxygen content is less than 2%, open the nitrogen machine system valve, close the exhaust valve, the system into normal operation.

5. Normal manual shutdown operation

Article 9 When there is no need to use nitrogen for fire prevention or pipeline failure in the well, stop the operation of the nitrogen maker according to the following operation sequence:

1. Open the nitrogen tank emptying valve first, and then close the system valve.

2, press the air compressor display stop button, turn off the power switch.

3. Turn OFF the red touch button (OFF) on the display screen of the cold dryer.

4. Turn off the corresponding total power supply of the low voltage cabinet of the air compressor.

5. Open all blowdown valves of the cold and dry machine for blowdown.

6, point the nitrogen machine stop button, stop the nitrogen machine control high pressure switchgear.

Vi. Precautions for unit operation:

Take a look: Observe whether the high pressure (about 10KV) in operation is normal, the temperature host (below 90℃), the unit (below 55℃) is normal, the oil injection temperature (below 70℃), the cylinder (1.7 ~ 2.5MPa), the pressure difference of the separator (below 0.6MPa), and the sewage discharge at all levels of the cold and dry machine is normal. Condensing pressure (20kg/cm2+1-2), evaporation temperature (below 40 ° C), import and export pressure (7.8kg/cm2) various instruments are normal, and the filter hose at all levels of the cold and dry machine is intact. The total flow rate of the adsorption nitrogen machine shows that the N2 flow rate is in the specified range, the oxygen content is in the specified range, and the pressure indication on the AB adsorption tower is in the specified range.

Second listen: listen to the air compressor has a different sound, the cold dryer has a different sound, whether there is a different sound in the adsorption tower, whether there is a different sound in the air window, whether there is a different sound in the transformer in the high voltage distribution room, and whether there is a different sound in the low voltage cabinet.

Three touch: Use your fingers to gently touch whether the air compressor shell is high temperature, whether the exhaust pipe is high temperature and observe the temperature display, check at least 1 hour per shift. And pay attention to listen to the air compressor exhaust sound is normal, pay attention to observe whether the exhaust port outside the room is black smoke, no normal, there is a fault, and report to the team leader in time to decide whether to stop.
