High purity nitrogen machine, high purity nitrogen machine uses:

First, chemical industry, new materials industry (generally nitrogen purity ≥98%)

Nitrogen in chemical industry and new material industry is mainly used for chemical raw material gas, pipeline purging, atmosphere replacement, protective atmosphere, product transportation and so on. Mainly used in chemical, spandex, rubber, plastics, tires, polyurethane, biotechnology, intermediates and other industries. The purity is not less than 98%.

Second, the electronics industry (≥99.9% or 99.99% or through the purification device to produce ≥99.999% of high purity nitrogen)

Nitrogen used in the electronics industry is generally used for packaging, sintering, annealing, reduction, storage and so on. Mainly used in wave soldering, reflow welding, crystal, piezoelectric, electronic ceramics, electronic copper strip, battery, electronic alloy materials and other industries. Therefore, the purity requirements also change according to the different uses, usually not less than 99.9%, or higher, there are 99.99% purity, and some will use nitrogen purification equipment to obtain purity greater than 99.9995%, dew point lower than -65℃ of high-quality nitrogen.

3. Food and pharmaceutical industry (≥98 or 99.9%)

Through sterilization, dust removal, water removal and other treatments, high-quality nitrogen is obtained to meet the special requirements of the industry. Mainly used in food packaging, food preservation, medicine packaging, medicine replacement gas, medicine conveying atmosphere. Nitrogen with purity greater than 98% or 99.9% is obtained by pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production mechanism.

4, metallurgy, metal processing industry (≥99.999%)

Used for annealing atmosphere, sintering atmosphere, nitriding treatment, furnace washing and purging gas. Widely used in metal heat treatment, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, copper processing, metal wire mesh, galvanized wire, semiconductor, powder reduction and other fields. Nitrogen with purity greater than 99.9% is obtained through the high-purity nitrogen production mechanism, and high-quality nitrogen with purity greater than 99.9995% and dew point lower than -65℃ is used in combination with the nitrogen purification equipment.

5. Other fields of use

It is also widely used in many fields such as coal, oil and oil transportation. With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the use of nitrogen is more and more extensive, on-site gas (nitrogen machine) with its investment, low cost, easy to use and other advantages have gradually replaced liquid nitrogen evaporation, bottled nitrogen and other traditional nitrogen supply methods.

The high purity nitrogen machine mainly uses the pressure swing adsorption method, which completely replaces the traditional cryogenic method, and their differences are as follows:

The traditional air separation is the use of cryogenic method, using the different boiling points of oxygen and nitrogen in the air to make the air cryogenic liquefaction, separation and purification. Although the separation volume is large and the purity is high, the process flow is complex, the equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning requirements are high, the investment is large, and the land area is large, which is not suitable for small and medium-sized gas. Through nearly 30 years of exploration, pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production technology has been quite perfect. Pressure swing adsorption gas separation technology (PSA) has the advantages of simple process, easy equipment manufacturing, small footprint, short start-up time, simple equipment maintenance, strong adaptability, high degree of automation, and can be started and stopped at any time without special measures. Therefore, in recent years, the application of pressure swing adsorption in small and medium-sized devices is increasing.

The process of high purity nitrogen making machine: the raw air is compressed to 0.8MPa(or above) by the compressor, cooled to normal temperature by the cooler, and then filtered by the filter oil and water, into the adsorption tower (filled with carbon molecular sieve), oxygen, carbon dioxide and water in the air are adsorbed, and the remaining components (mainly nitrogen) flow out from the outlet into the buffer tank. The adsorption tower was equalized and reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbed impurities were removed to complete the regeneration of carbon molecular sieve. The two adsorption towers cycle alternately to produce nitrogen continuously.
