What are the factors affecting the purity of the nitrogen machine?

The high-purity nitrogen machine is prepared using the PSA principle. Whether such a nitrogen machine can run statically for a long time and produce nitrogen that meets the technical needs is a question of concern to all, and there are three main factors affecting the stability of the nitrogen machine:

(1) Because of the existence of atmospheric pollution, the oil vapor in the air is simply adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and it is difficult to desorption, and the micropore is stuffed and the molecular sieve fails. In addition, although water is not fatal to carbon molecular sieve, it will add the "load" of carbon molecular sieve, that is, affect its ability to adsorb O2, CO2 and other gases. Therefore, when the medicinal high-purity nitrogen machine equipment is matched, the front end of the air compressor inlet is equipped with an oil-water separator and a fine filtration of the front end (one is to remove bacteria, and the other is to separate the oil). In this way, the compressed air is treated with oil removal and freeze-drying water removal, which will effectively improve the adsorption ability and stability of molecular sieve.

(2) Carbon molecular sieve: It is the center and key of PSA nitrogen making machine. Nitrogen production skills require good strength of carbon molecular sieve, high nitrogen production rate, purity and recovery of nitrogen. Of course, the quality and function of carbon molecular sieve is crucial, but the selection of carbon molecular sieve is also very sophisticated. It should choose uniform particles, high hardness, long service life and advanced advantages of nitrogen output value, when used for several years, only need to exchange carbon molecular sieve on sustainable use

(3) The description of the nitrogen machine is also very sophisticated, if the structure is not depicted properly, it will be due to the impact of high-speed air, the beating of the molecular sieve and friction with each other and powder failure. The air flow divider should be set up at the bottom of the adsorption tower and the pressing device should be set up at the top to effectively prevent the occurrence of such a representation.

In the process of using the nitrogen machine, users will encounter some questions about whether the purity of nitrogen is up to standard, and the factors affecting the purity of nitrogen can be summarized as follows:

1, the adsorption pressure of the nitrogen machine is unstable. If it is too high, more than 0.8Mpa, or the adsorption pressure is too low, less than 0.6Mpa.

The following measures can be taken to improve the purity of nitrogen production:

1, reduce the output pressure, increase the intake pressure

2. Add a storage tank to the air intake

3. Remove and reinsert

4. Replace the molecular sieve

5, adjust the inlet regulating valve of the nitrogen machine to reduce the intake volume, install the oil-water separator before the inlet need to consider the system parameters of the nitrogen machine, pressure, flow, temperature, etc., so as to facilitate the nitrogen machine with air compressor, buffer tank and other accessories.
