First, daily use and maintenance precautions:

1. The normal supply of power, air and temperature conditions required by the machine and the normal opening and closing; In particular, the stability of the power supply voltage reduces the damage to the controller and solenoid valve caused by the power supply problem.

2. Always pay attention to the pressure of the air storage tank, and keep the pressure of the air storage tank between 0.7 and 0.75 MPa, not lower than the rated value.

3. Check the automatic drainer every day to avoid blockage and loss of drainage. If it is blocked, you can slightly open the manual valve, close the self-discharge valve, and then remove the automatic drainer, decompose and clean. When cleaning the automatic drainer, use soap to clean it. Corrosive solutions such as gasoline, toluene and rosin are strictly prohibited.

4. The operator should regularly check the three pressure gauges on the machine, make a daily record of the pressure changes for equipment failure analysis, observe the flow meter and nitrogen purity at any time, and maintain the nitrogen purity of the output gas.

5. Regularly check whether the heat sink of the cold dryer is clean every week, so as not to affect the utility and life of the dryer due to poor heat dissipation.

6. According to the requirements of the instrument code of use for operation and daily maintenance, from time to time check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve/pneumatic valve, the pressure range of the pressure regulator, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the compression of the adsorption tower, the exhaust status of the muffler, the cleanliness of the inner tube of the flow meter, etc.



Two, periodic maintenance (regular maintenance, generally completed by machine repair)

1: The periodic maintenance of the air-cooled cold dryer is mainly to regularly purge the radiator and clean the sewage outlet; Carefully read the operation and maintenance manual of the cold dryer, and maintain the cold dryer strictly in accordance with the periodic maintenance methods and measures recommended by the cold dryer manufacturer.

2: The periodic maintenance of the precision filter is mainly to replace the filter element regularly according to the use of the filter. If the pressure difference of the filter is found to be too large, replace the filter element in time. The filter can be maintained according to the periodic maintenance methods and measures recommended by the filter manufacturer. It is recommended to replace every 4000 working hours.

3: The replacement cycle of activated carbon filters is mainly based on the use of filters on a regular basis. If it is found that the system pressure is reduced too much, it may be activated carbon immersion, timely replacement of activated carbon. The replacement cycle is generally 6000-8000 hours.

4: Calibration of the oxygen analyzer, check once a month, if the oxygen content is found to be higher than the rated value, to consider whether the oxygen probe has expired, timely replacement of the oxygen probe. It is recommended that the replacement period be one year.

How to extend the service life of nitrogen machine

Now nitrogen has been involved in all walks of life, food packaging, heat treatment, canning, chemical industry, etc., many companies choose to give up bottled nitrogen in order to save costs, and use nitrogen machines. The operation of the nitrogen machine is very simple, many people can use it skillfully, but many people may not notice that some simple operations will extend the life of your nitrogen machine, which is why some companies can use nitrogen for several years, and some can only be repaired for a year, the following is a simple operation process.

1. Turn off the nitrogen machine, nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, and also turn off the power switch of the nitrogen machine. Wait for the complete pressure relief of the system and pipes (the exhaust gas from the system is concentrated oxygen, pay attention to fire safety, indoor air circulation dredging). Adjust the oxygen analyzer for sampling, adjust the pressure of the reducing valve to 1.0bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter, and adjust the gas volume to about 1, pay attention to the sampling gas volume should not be too large. Start testing nitrogen purity.

Second, when the compressed air source pressure reaches more than 0.7MPa, open the stop valve of the total inlet of the nitrogen machine, and then adjust the pressure reducing valve to reduce the pressure to about 0.4-0.5Mpa, and pay attention to the pressure of the two adsorption tanks and whether the work of the pneumatic valve can be carried out normally.

Third, then turn on the nitrogen generator power switch clockwise on the electric control cabinet of the PLC master station. Observe the pressure change of the two adsorption towers and judge whether the two adsorption towers can switch normally. The pressure of the regenerative tower is zero, and the pressure of the two towers should be close to half of the pressure of the original working tower when it is uniform.

Fourth, open the power switch of the oxygen meter, and adjust the appropriate sampling flow rate to observe the oxygen content. Adjust the opening of the purity valve according to the required nitrogen purity, and automatically switch into the nitrogen storage tank after the purity is qualified. The nitrogen storage pressure of the nitrogen storage tank is generally about 0.6 and 0.8MPa.

5. Close the entire system and all parts of the system, and observe whether the nitrogen system works normally when the pressure of the adsorption tank of the nitrogen maker reaches about 0.6MPa.

6. Slowly open the vent inlet stop valve and adjust the flow rate to 1/2 of the rated flow rate (hospital center oxygen supply system). Adjust the opening of the nitrogen inlet valve to adjust the purity and flow of nitrogen.

7. Observe whether the oxygen content indicated by the oxygen meter meets the requirements. When the purity of nitrogen reaches the requirement, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow rate to the required flow rate, close the blow-off inlet stop valve, and put into use when the equipment is in normal operation
