First, the applicable scale

Article 1 This regulation is applicable to the operation of nitrogen machine inspection workers in nitrogen production pressure air workshop.

Second, job conditions

Article 2 Inspection workers must pass the training, examination and obtain the certificate, and hold the certificate to operate on the job. The trainee inspection worker shall obtain the consent of the relevant department, and designate a special person to tutor and supervise.

Article 3 should be familiar with the relevant rules of the "Coal mine Safety Regulations", understand the nitrogen production system, master the structure, function, technical characteristics, operating principles of nitrogen production equipment and motor control electrical equipment, and to be able to use, maintain, clean up common problems, and be able to operate independently.

Article 4 There is no medical condition that prevents one from doing one's job.

Third, the preparatory work before the main engine starts:

Article 5 Before the main engine starts, it is necessary to convert the "local/remote control" knob of the high pressure cabinet of the air compressor to the "remote control" orientation.

Article 6 Before starting the pressure swing adsorption nitrogen machine, it is necessary for the central controller to tell the inspection personnel of the nitrogen pressure air workshop by telephone to check the open equipment:

1, the ambient temperature should not exceed 33℃.

2, the power supply voltage is normal, high and low voltage cabinet indicator light is normal. The power supply voltage shall not exceed the rated voltage value of ±5%(air compressor 10KV, air compressor low-voltage control 380V, cold and dry machine 380V).

3, air compressor oil barrel oil level gauge, indicating whether the smooth oil level is within the normal scale.

4. After the low-voltage power supply cabinet is powered, the air compressor controller should be displayed to check whether the fault indicator is bright (if it is bright, it must first clean the fault, or make corresponding adjustments).

5, the various appearance indicators on the panel of the cold dryer are not normal. Check whether the refrigerant low pressure of the refrigerant table is normal (when there is no operation, the temperature in the refrigerant table should be close to the atmospheric ambient temperature, indicating that the refrigerant has no leakage).

6. Check whether the ventilation equipment of the cold and dry machine is normally open, the fins of the condensate cooler and the cold and dry machine are not cleaned, and close all the sewage pipe valves of the cold and dry machine.

7. Close the system valve in the nitrogen pipeline, open the drain valve, and prepare to start.

Article 7 After the content of the above requirements is checked and the operation conditions are met, the inspection personnel of the nitrogen pressure air workshop shall tell the central control personnel to open the nitrogen machine by telephone.

Fourth, when the remote control system is faulty, it is converted to local operation. Host manual start operation sequence:

Article 8 After closing the high voltage switchgear, open the nitrogen machine in the following order.

1. Press the red start contact key (ON) of the display screen of the cold dryer, the LED display will show the running horse light, the operation indicator will light up, and the cold dryer will officially start after a interval of 3-10 minutes.

2, after the cold dryer starts, the running lamp continues to appear, and after 1 minute, the temperature of the first point of the LED display device T1, that is, the inlet temperature of the air.

3, after 2 minutes of contact T2, T3, T4, T5, T6 temperature, investigate whether the LED display scale value is normal.

4. After the normal operation of the cold dryer for three minutes, slowly open the air source valve of the nitrogen machine, and then open the air inlet valve, and check whether the drainage system is normal after 30 minutes of operation.

5. Start the air compressor and press the "reset" button when "preparation work" appears at the bottom of the screen.

6, press the "normal operation key" or operate the corresponding form or start key to start the air compressor.

7, investigate the pressure gauge of the gas storage tank, when the pressure reaches 0.5Mpa, press the green start button of the nitrogen machine, and then push the adsorption tank to start alternating operations, and the pressure is between 0 and 0.8Mpa.

8. When the pressure gauge of the nitrogen main tank reaches 0.5MPa, gradually turn the discharge valve counterclockwise until the nitrogen flow in the control cabinet reaches 1500Nm3/h, and the oxygen content should be less than 2% after 20 minutes.

9, when the oxygen content is less than 2%, open the nitrogen machine system valve, close the exhaust valve, and the system enters the normal operating condition.

5. Normal manual shutdown operation

Article 9 When there is no need to use nitrogen in the well or when the pipeline is faulty, the operation of the nitrogen machine shall be suspended according to the following operation sequence:

1. Open the nitrogen tank emptying valve first, and then close the system valve.

2, press the air compressor display screen stop button, close the power switch.

3. Close the red contact key (OFF) of the display screen of the cold dryer.

4. Close the corresponding total power supply of the low voltage cabinet of the air compressor.

5. Open all blowdown valves of the cold and dry machine for blowdown.

6, point the nitrogen machine stop button, stop the nitrogen machine control high pressure switch cabinet.

Vi. Precautions in unit operation:

Take a look: the investigation operation in the high pressure (10KV) is normal, the temperature host (below 90℃), the unit (below 55℃) is normal, the oil injection temperature (below 70℃), the cylinder (1.7 ~ 2.5MPa), the separator pressure difference (below 0.6MPa), the cooling and drying machine at all levels of sewage is normal. Condensing pressure (20kg/cm2+1-2), transpiration temperature (below 40 ° C), import and export pressure (7.8kg/cm2) are not normal, and the filter hose at all levels of the cold and dry machine is not intact. The total flow rate of the adsorption nitrogen machine shows that the N2 flow rate is in the regular scale, the oxygen content is in the regular scale, and the pressure on the AB adsorption tower is indicated in the regular scale.
