Two, nitrogen machine:

1, every day when each shift shift, the work of the nitrogen machine should be carefully observed (3 to 5 minutes). Observe the change of two pressure gauges, under normal circumstances, one pressure gauge has pressure, the other has no pressure, 60 seconds later, the opposite situation, if the pressure can not be found to exchange changes, indicating that the solenoid valve is faulty. (This valve name two five-way solenoid valve, model: 4V420-15-AC220V)

2. Observe the purity display of the nitrogen purity analyzer. If the purity is above 99%, it is qualified nitrogen. If you feel that the display is not accurate, you can check the nitrogen analyzer.

3, the purity of nitrogen is related to the outlet flow control valve, and the opening of the outlet valve directly affects the purity of nitrogen. If the purity is allowed, the valve can be opened. If the purity is not up to standard, the outlet valve can be closed to reduce the flow output.

4, the controller set value: 60S, 60S, that is, 60 seconds.

Third, boot process:

1, first start the compressor, the start button of the cold and dry machine, when the pressure reaches 1.0mpa, the compressor automatically stops working.

2, press the nitrogen generator power button, nitrogen machine automatically run. Adjust the pressure of the lower right pressure reducing valve to about 0.8mpa.

3, trace open the outlet flow valve without connecting the pipe on the upper right side, so that it can be emptied, at this time can obviously see that the purity of nitrogen is rising, 20 to 30 minutes later, the purity can reach more than 99%.

4, close the exhaust valve, open the outlet flow valve connected to the pipeline, can not fully open this valve, open the equipment back door to adjust the pressure of the outlet pressure regulator valve to 0.6mpa, qualified nitrogen is transferred to the workshop nitrogen storage tank storage.

5. Open the drain valve under the nitrogen storage tank and let it be drained for 3-5 minutes to close the drain valve.

6. When the pressure of the nitrogen storage tank reaches 0.5~0.7mpa, it can be produced and packaged.
