Second, the purity of nitrogen: First of all, the purity of nitrogen in the furnace of the customized nitrogen machine, and then the purity at the exit of the customized nitrogen machine. The higher the purity of nitrogen, the better, but the balance between the investment cost and the defective rate of the commodity and the amount of rework should be considered for selection. The sufficient and necessary condition of oxidation reaction is the presence of oxygen molecule. Under the same condition, the higher the oxygen content is, the more intense the oxidation reaction is. On the contrary, the lower the oxygen content, the weaker the oxidation reaction. Most electronics manufacturers choose 99.99% or oxygen content l00ppm, there are also selected 99.9% or oxygen content 1000ppm, a few manufacturers choose 99.999% or oxygen content 10ppm. Normally, the nitrogen machine is not placed in the workshop with the SMT production line. Instead, the nitrogen machine is placed on the roof or outside the workshop, and the furnace is input through the pipeline, and there are many connection ports between them, which can form a decrease in nitrogen purity, so the export purity of the nitrogen machine must also have a balance.
