What are the general requirements for nitrogen machine oxygen pipes?
Oxygen pipeline is an important facility for transporting oxygen, because oxygen is a combustion-supporting gas, the following points should be paid attention to when laying.
The oxygen pipe should determine the oxygen flow rate according to the pressure of the oxygen delivered.
(2) Oxygen pipelines can be laid in three ways: overhead laying, trench laying and buried laying. The connection of the oxygen pipe should be welded, and the connection of the pipe with the equipment, valves, accessories, etc., can be connected with flanges or threads. When threaded connection, lead monoxide, water glass or polytetrafluoroethylene film should be used as filler, and it is strictly prohibited to use lead-red linen or cotton silk, or other oily materials to avoid igniting combustible materials when oxygen leaks.
③ The oxygen pipe must be erected on the support of the non-combustion body.
④ Oxygen pipe should not pass through the high temperature and flame area, must pass, should be added insulation measures in the pipe section, pipe wall temperature should not exceed 700°C, strictly prohibit open fire and oil near the oxygen pipe and valve.

The elbow and bifurcation head of the oxygen pipe should not be directly connected with the valve outlet. The carbon steel pipe and stainless steel pipe on the outlet side of the valve should have a straight pipe section with a length not less than 5 times the outer diameter of the pipe and not less than 1.5m.
⑦ Oxygen pipe valve and its accessories must be cleaned and deoiled before installation.
⑧ Oxygen main line, should be equipped with fire resistance copper pipe.
⑨ When the oxygen branch pipe for cutting and welding is connected with the welding tool or equipment with a hose, the oxygen supply valve and cut-off valve shall be located in the protective box made of non-combustion material.
