First, the process principle of nitrogen making machine
When air pressure is raised, oxygen and nitrogen have different diffusion rates and different adsorption capacities on carbon molecular sieve to separate oxygen and nitrogen. The air is compressed to 0.8 ~ 1.0MPa, and after drying, oil-water separation (filter), the air source is purified and separated into the pressure shift adsorption tower. When pressurized, oxygen molecules are diffused and adsorbed in the carbon molecular sieve, and the unadsorbed nitrogen is discharged from the adsorption tower outlet. During depressurization, the oxygen in the adsorption tower is desorbed, discharged and washed, and the adsorbent is regenerated.

Second, the structure of the nitrogen machine
The whole nitrogen machine is composed of 5 systems:
1. Air supply system (air compressor, air storage tank);
2.Air purification system (activated carbon filter, etc.);
3. Oxygen and nitrogen separation system (adsorption tower, pipeline and solenoid valve);
4. Measurement and inspection system (product storage tank, flow meter, measurement and analysis);
5. Control system (computer controller)
