3. Process flow

The nitrogen machine in the cold storage consists of compressed air compressor, air drying purification system, PSA nitrogen production and nitrogen pressurization system components.

Raw air compressor pressure 0.8MPa, compressed air purification system to remove oil, water, dust and other impurities, into the adsorber. After purification, the pure raw material air is dried, the buffer filter enters the bottom of the adsorber, the air flows through the distributor, fills the carbon molecular sieve adsorber, PSA, and realizes the separation of oxygen and nitrogen. Nitrogen is abundant in the gas phase, as a product from the upper outlet into the nitrogen buffer tank, pressure regulator, output end of the flow meter, exhaust muffler.
