The six aspects of judging the normal operation of the nitrogen machine are as follows:

1, the power indicator light, left suction, voltage balancing, right suction indicator light cycle bright indicating the nitrogen production process.

2, when the left suction indicator is on, the left adsorption tower pressure gradually rises to the highest from the balance pressure of the equalizing pressure, and the right adsorption tower pressure gradually drops to zero from the balance pressure of the equalizing pressure. When the pressure balancing indicator is on, the pressure of the left and right adsorption tower drops by one rise and one drop gradually reaches the balance of the two.

3. When the right suction indicator light is on, the pressure of the right adsorption tower gradually rises to the highest from the equilibrium pressure of the equalizing pressure, while the pressure of the left adsorption tower gradually drops to zero from the equilibrium pressure of the equalizing pressure.

4, nitrogen machine nitrogen outlet pressure indicates normal gas pressure, the pressure will fluctuate slightly when used, but the change should not be too large.

5, the force indicator should be basically stable, the fluctuation should not be too large, the flow meter value should not be greater than the rated gas production of the nitrogen machine equipment.

6, nitrogen machine oxygen meter indicating value should not be less than the rated purity of nitrogen equipment, there may be a little fluctuation, but should not fluctuate too much.
