In PTA production technology, high purity nitrogen gas is used to blow bubbles, measure the liquid level of ethylene glycol in the high and low temperature reaction kettle, measure the pressure difference between the high pressure end and the low pressure end, transport 4 ~ 20mA specification signal, and then convert it into the liquid level height. High purity nitrogen is used to measure the pressure of vacuum system, and high purity nitrogen is used to backblow the filter in PTA production technology. Polyester slicing is usually 99% to 99.999% according to the actual technology, and the downstream commodity filament and short filament slicing are 99.9 to 99.999%.

Slouching of the air layer above the liquid; Blowout vessels, pipes, reactors and isolation chambers; Synthetic fiber spinning, drawing anti-chlorination, equipment anticorrosion; Nitrogen filling in paint production to avoid the polymerization of oil when drying; Supply maintenance gas to the tanker (nitrogen sealing and cleaning gas on the oil surface); Lazy gas supply for offshore engineering; Dry quenching, catalyst regeneration, oil fractionation, nitrogen fertilizer materials, catalyst maintenance, cleaning gas, rubber packaging and storage, tire production, etc. Nitrogen injection for oil production, etc.
