First, pay attention to daily use and maintenance:
1, the machine needs power, air, normal power supply temperature conditions, normal opening and closing; In particular, the stability of the power supply voltage reduces power supply problems caused by controller damage, solenoid valves.
2, keep the air tank pressure between 0.75MPa, keep the pressure of 0.7 ~ air tank, not less than the rated value.
3, automatic drainage device 3 daily inspection, so as not to clog, lose drainage. If there is a traffic jam, slightly open the manual valve, close the exhaust valve and remove the automatic drainer, decompose and clean. Wash with soap when the drainage device is automatically cleaned. Gasoline, toluene, pine and other corrosive solutions are prohibited.
4, the operator checks the three pressure gauges of the machine, the equipment failure analysis log of pressure changes, the flow meter, and the observation of nitrogen purity at any time to maintain the nitrogen purity.
5, check the cleaning of the cold drying machine regularly every week to avoid the adverse effects of practical life dryer heat.
6, according to the operation and daily maintenance instrument specifications, from time to time check the solenoid valve/gas sensor, pneumatic valve pressure regulation range, pressure valve gas analyzer accuracy, adsorption pressure, exhaust muffler, meter tower inner pipe cleanliness.
Second, regular maintenance
1: The air-cooled dry regular maintenance machine is mainly to clean the radiator regularly and clean the sewage outlet; Carefully read the operation and maintenance manual of the cold dryer, the cold drying method and the maintenance cycle of the machine manufacturer's measures recommended according to the maintenance of the cold dryer.

3: The replacement cycle of the activated carbon filter is mainly based on the use rules of the filter. If the system pressure drop is found to be too large, it may be activated carbon water immersion, timely replacement of activated carbon. The replacement cycle is generally 6000-8000 hours.
4: Calibrate the oxygen analyzer once a month, if the oxygen content is found to be higher than the rated value, consider that the service life of the oxygen probe has expired, the oxygen probe is replaced in time. Propose a one-year replacement cycle.
