Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen machine is a safe, convenient and energy-saving on-site direct nitrogen production method, the raw material required for its work is provided by the air compressor, usually the compressed air provided by the screw air compressor, some enterprises will use frequency conversion air compressor. The compressed air contains 79% nitrogen, which is not only the raw material of nitrogen production mechanism, but also the source of 99.999% energy consumption of nitrogen production machine to produce high-purity nitrogen.
The nitrogen machine uses pressure swing adsorption technology, and its core material molecular sieve absorbs oxygen to produce nitrogen when compressed air, and releases adsorbed oxygen when decompressed to achieve repeated nitrogen production.

First, the principle process
The air contains nitrogen, and the air compressor compresses the air into the supporting gas storage tank. Most of the oil, liquid water and dust are attached to the wall of the container and flow to the bottom of the tank and are regularly discharged from the drain valve, and some of them enter the compressed air purification system with the air flow.
The air purification system is composed of a cold dryer and three filters with different precision and an oil remover. The liquid water, oil, and dust in the compressed air are filtered clean by freezing dehumidification and filter from crude to fine, so that the pressure dew point of the compressed air is reduced to 2 ~ 10℃, the oil content is reduced to 0.001PPm, and the dust is filtered to 0.01μm. It ensures the cleanliness of raw gas entering PSA nitrogen machine.
The purified air enters the two adsorption towers of the nitrogen machine through two channels respectively, and alternates adsorption and desorption through the automatic switch of the pneumatic valve of the nitrogen machine. This process separates most of the nitrogen in the air from a small amount of oxygen, and emptens the oxygen-rich air. Nitrogen is concentrated at the top of the tower and transported to the post-stage nitrogen storage tank through the pipeline, and enters the gas point after the flow meter.
Second, technical characteristics
1, the raw air is taken from nature, and only one air compressor is needed to provide a large amount of compressed air. The equipment has low energy consumption and low operating costs.
2, the purity of nitrogen is easy to adjust, the purity of nitrogen is only affected by the exhaust volume of nitrogen, and the purity of ordinary nitrogen is adjusted between 95% and 99.99%; High purity nitrogen machine can be adjusted between 99% and 99.999%.
3, high degree of automation, fast gas production, can be unattended. Start, shut down just press the button, boot within 10-15 minutes can produce nitrogen.
4, the equipment process is simple, the equipment structure is compact, the floor area is small, the equipment is adaptable.
5, equal flow air loading molecular sieve, to avoid high pressure air impact caused by molecular sieve powder phenomenon, to ensure the long-term use of molecular sieve.

In addition to being used in the above industries, nitrogen machine is also widely used in many fields such as coal mine, injection molding, brazing, tire nitrogen rubber, rubber vulcanization and so on. With the progress of science and technology and the development of society, the use of nitrogen devices is more and more extensive, on-site gas (nitrogen machine) with its investment, low cost, easy to use and other advantages have gradually replaced liquid nitrogen evaporation, bottled nitrogen and other traditional nitrogen supply methods.
