Nitrogen machine is used in many professions, used in petrochemical industry, coal chemical industry, natural gas chemical industry, heat treatment, bright annealing, maintenance heating, food green storage, food nitrogen packaging, vegetable preservation, wine sealing (tank) loading and retention and so on. If the nitrogen machine is used for a long time, the loss of the machine will be very large, so the nitrogen machine must be maintained in the ordinary operation process, and the service life of the nitrogen machine will be extended. Troy five methods to extend the service life of nitrogen machines:

1、制氮机需尖端延伸设备配套的冷干机、无热再生枯燥吸附剂等设备，看是不是正常作业，有必要按照运用阐明书进行操作。尤其是空气枯燥设备是不是正常运转，对制氮设备是至关重要的。

2、查看制氮设备的纯度、产气量等性能指标；查看制氮设备所装备的测氧仪（氧气分析仪）是不是作业正常，是不是需求替换氧电极等。

3、管路过滤器要定时查看，要按时替换滤芯，过滤器滤芯运用寿数一般为2000-4000作业小时（视设备运用地空气质量不一样而异）；活性炭过滤器中活性炭7000h有必要替换；气体储罐要定时排污。压缩空气的质量对制氮（氧）机的正常运转是至关重要的。

4、将制氮机、氮气进口阀以及取样阀都封闭,一起也封闭制氮机的电源开关。等候体系和管道彻底泄压完毕(体系排出的废气为浓缩氧气,留意消防安全,室内空气流通疏通)。调理氧分析仪进行取样并将减压阀压力调理到 1.0bar ,调理取样流量计,将气量调至在 1 左右即可,留意采样气量不宜过大 ，需求检测氮气的浓度，调查测氧仪指示的氧含量是不是符合要求。

5、假如发现制氮机出口处有很多的粉末，阐明呈现了老化或粉化，需求及时处理，最好替换设备填料。
