Installation and commissioning of nitrogen purification device in nitrogen making machine
The working process; Through the flow meter into the pipeline and raw material nitrogen palladium catalyst, deaerator fully combined with hydrogen raw material, the generated water steam is a large amount of nitrogen from the deaerator through the cooler cooling gradually, and then by the dry machine normal finally into the drying tower, water nitrogen in 5A molecular sieve adsorption purification nitrogen, nitrogen outlet valve, user process.
In the regeneration process, the manual valve of pure nitrogen check valve is guided by the drying tower, and the other one is in the regeneration state of the drying tower, and the regeneration temperature is 350℃. At this temperature, 5A molecular sieve inhales water to obtain a large amount of energy, and the molecular sieve that quickly escapes from it is the high-purity nitrogen that enters the tower belt from the molecular sieve and is discharged from the exhaust valve, which is controlled by the programmable controller. The regenerative drying tower is cooled to room temperature by passing pure nitrogen (the heater stops heating), so that the switch can enter the working state.
One roll works continuously for 24 hours, the other tower is reheated for 10 hours, the forced cooling for 14 hours, and when cooled to room temperature, the two drying towers are manually switched to work continuously.

1, installation
* The nitrogen purification device should be placed on a flat and solid ground
* The pipes connected to the imported equipment for nitrogen purification must be seamless steel pipes without leakage.
* When connecting the power line, check the field power parameters and nitrogen purification device, and the requirements must be met. If there is no special PE wire, the site must use 50×5, L = vertically installed in the mud 2.5 million Angle, the top 200mm below the ground, the top of the bolt 50mm fillet welded 8×30 mm for fastening the ground wire, the ground nitrogen purification device, using not less than 4mm square copper wire connection, resistance less than 0.5 ohms.
* The pipeline valve and nitrogen purification device system must be well sealed, due to the vibration transmission process and the connection pipe, if there is leakage phenomenon, the leakage detection of the gas system can be allowed to 0.5MPa nitrogen, the pressure drop value of the pressure gauge is less than 0.1MPa for 24 hours.
Step 2 Debug
After the pipeline is installed on site and conforms to articles 1.2, 1.3 and 4.14, on-site commissioning can be carried out. At this time, a drying tower can be activated manually, as shown in Table 1:
