Method for preventing liquid oxygen pumping conditions in nitrogen generators

2, turning, no fault, start the pump, pay attention to whether the inlet pressure of the pump is stable, such as pressure fluctuations or outlet pressure does not rise, possible cavitation phenomenon, you must open the exhaust valve on the upper part of the pump, cool the liquid oxygen pump, the pressure tends to be stable, and then control the sealing gas pressure ratio before 01005 ~ 0101mpa;
3, first through the sealing gas, nitrogen machine adjust to the appropriate pressure, and then open the pump inlet, outlet valve, let liquid oxygen into the pump cooling, sealing gas pressure should be higher than the inlet pressure of 0105mpa.
Two, keep the nitrogen machine running normally:
1, check the operation of liquid oxygen pump once every 2h;
2. Check the inlet and outlet pressure and sealing gas pressure of the nitrogen maker every 1h, whether the flow rate is normal and whether there is gas leakage. And side pump bearing temperature and motor temperature, bearing temperature should be controlled at 25 ~ 70℃;
3, in the operation of the liquid oxygen pump does not close the inlet valve, the sealing gas is not interrupted, should be adjusted at any time.
