Nitrogen machine equipment quality requirements for oxygen pipelines:

① Folding elbows are prohibited for oxygen pipes. When using cold bending or hot bending to make carbon steel elbows, the bending radius should not be less than 5 times the outer diameter of the pipe; When selecting a seamless or restricted welded carbon steel elbow, the bending radius should not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the pipe; When stainless steel or copper-based alloys are used for seamless or restricted elbows, the bending radius should not be less than the outside diameter of the pipe. For steel coil welded pipes with working pressure <0.1MPa, welded elbows with zigzag radius not less than 1.5 times of the outer diameter of the pipe can be selected, and the inner wall of the elbows should be smooth, without sharp edges, burrs and welding bumps.

② The bifurcation head of the oxygen pipeline should be selected as seamless or restricted welding parts. When it is not available, it should be prefabricated in the factory or on site, but it should be processed to have no acute Angle, no outstanding parts and welding bumps. Do not open or plug holes on site.

③ The reducing pipe of the oxygen pipe of the nitrogen machine should be seamless or restricted welding parts. When welding, some of the length of the reducer should not be less than 3 times the difference between the outer diameters of the two pipes, and the inner wall should be smooth without sharp edges, burrs and welding nodules.
