Nitrogen purification equipment is based on the crude nitrogen produced by pressure swing adsorption as the material, hydrogenated catalytic deoxygenation, condensate adsorption two stage dry dust removal, remove oxygen, water vapor and dust in nitrogen, and then obtain high purity nitrogen. The crude nitrogen purity requirement of the population is ≥ 98%, the purity of the export of refined nitrogen is ≥ 99.999%, the oxygen content is ≤3μm, and the dew point is ≤-65℃.

The principle of nitrogen purification equipment is shown in the figure.

The first step is deoxygenation. Crude nitrogen and increased hydrogen mixed into the deaerator, under the effect of the catalyst, the impurity oxygen in the crude nitrogen and hydrogen reaction to generate water vapor, the temperature of the deaerator is controlled at 80 ~ 100℃, so that the water vapor generated by the reaction can be taken away by the air flow, and then ensure that the catalyst will not be affected by water vapor poisoning, can be reused for long-term use.

The second step is condensation dust removal, nitrogen and water vapor are first cooled to room temperature through the water cooler, and then enter the frozen dryer to further cool below the dew point, and then enter the steam separator to remove the condensed water in the gas.



The third step is deep boredom. After condensation and dehumidification, the dew point of nitrogen still cannot meet the needs, and it is necessary to continue to enter the molecular sieve adsorption boring machine to get rid of trace water, so that the dew point can further reduce to the planning needs.



The fourth step is to filter and dust. The dry adsorbed nitrogen is then passed through the gas filter to remove impurities such as molecular sieve powder, and high purity and clean fine nitrogen is obtained, which is directly transported to the furnace area for safety gas, sealing gas, or mixed with hydrogen as maintenance reduction gas.
