The industrial operation of the PSA air separation nitrogen plant generally has two or more adsorbent compositions, and the adsorber is optimized through circulation to achieve continuous production and nitrogen efficiency.
After clean and dry compressed air, swing adsorption acts to form a complete nitrogen. In the conventional setup of two adsorption tower systems, the nitrogen adsorption capacity of one tower, not tower desorption regeneration. The pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC program of opening and closing, and the two towers are circulated to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen.
