Nitrogen machine operating regulations
1. Familiar with the performance of nitrogen injection machine, and qualified after training.
2. Before starting the nitrogen machine, check the various parts of the nitrogen machine (such as switches, valves, instruments, indicators, etc.).
3. Boot sequence:
1) Connect the air source
2) Close the power switch of the cold and dry machine
3) Open ball valve V101 V102
4) Switch on the power supply of the electric control cabinet, close the power switch, set the automatic/manual switch to automatic, press the start button, and the equipment will start to run.
5) Slowly open the ball valve V104, adjust to the required flow, you can send gas to the use point.
4. Boot sequence:
1) Disconnect the power supply
2) Close the ball valve V101 V102 (if necessary, a small amount of gas can be pumped)
3) Turn off the power switch of the cold and dry machine
4) Turn off the air source
5) Open TQ1 TQ2, drain the gas in the gas storage tank and close it.
5. Description and Maintenance:
1) Dynamic refrigerator, so that the refrigerator first work; Open the intake valve, check the intake pressure, start the nitrogen generator power supply when the pressure reaches 0.6-0.8MPa, and screw the control mode (automatic manual transmission) to the automatic position.
2) After the nitrogen generator is powered, the nitrogen production equipment is put into operation, and four pressure gauges are observed: the first is the intake pressure gauge, the second is the oxygen output pressure gauge, and the third and fourth reflect the alternating working pressure gauges of the two tanks.
3) Nitrogen input flow and pressure are respectively provided with regulating working flow valve and regulating working pressure valve.
4) When the nitrogen concentration reaches more than 99%, the nitrogen supply valve will automatically open, and the working pressure exhaust valve will automatically work.
5) When the pressure gauge P1 indicates less than 0.5MPa, it can still be used, but the purity of N2 can not reach the set index; When the pressure is lower than 0.4MPa, the fault indicator on the control panel lights up, and the equipment still runs, but the purity of N2 is reduced. When the purity is lower than the indicator, the system automatically empts unqualified gas: It is forbidden to use the equipment under 0.3MPa.
6) After the ball valve ZQ is set by the debugging personnel, the operator shall not move again.
7) After the valve V104 is set by the debugging personnel, the operator generally does not need to adjust.
8) In the initial air supply, the ball valve V104 should be completely closed, open V103 and slowly adjust V104 to the required flow rate; When adjusting V104, the pressure regulator PB should be adjusted accordingly to meet the pressure and flow requirements at the same time, so as to avoid suddenly opening V103 and damaging the flow meter by air impact.
9) The measured gas flow rate is adjusted by the speed regulating valve TS, and the gas flow rate is 300ml/min during normal measurement.
