The nitrogen machine must have been used by many people, but the specific nitrogen machine operation process must be unknown to many people. Let's talk about the operating process of the nitrogen machine, especially the safety process. When the compressed air source pressure reaches more than 0.7MPa, open the total inlet stop valve of the nitrogen maker, and adjust the pressure reducing valve at the working air source of the pneumatic valve to 0.4-0.5Mpa; Before the maintenance work starts, close the nitrogen generator, nitrogen outlet valve and sampling valve, and turn off the power switch of the nitrogen generator. Pay attention to observe whether the pressure of the two adsorption tanks and the operation of the pneumatic valve are normal. Systems and pipes must be fully depressurized; The exhaust gas from the system is concentrated oxygen, pay attention to fire safety, and the indoor air circulation is smooth; Adjust the sampling pressure reducing valve of the oxygen analyzer to adjust the pressure to 1.0bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter, and adjust the gas volume to about 1, pay attention to the sampling gas volume should not be too large. Start testing nitrogen purity. Discharge discharge valve regularly during operation of air compressor. Turn on the power switch of the nitrogen generator on the electric control cabinet of the PLC master station clockwise. The upper limit of oxygen content is set on the oxygen divider in the control cabinet of the nitrogen generator, and the device works normally. According to the pressure change of the two adsorption towers to judge whether the two adsorption towers are switched normally, the pressure of the regeneration tower is zero, and the pressure of the two towers should be close to half of the pressure of the original working tower when uniform. The entire system and its components must be shut down; The adsorption tank pressure of the nitrogen machine reaches about 0.6MPa, observe whether the nitrogen system works normally, turn on the power switch of the oxygen meter, and adjust the appropriate sampling flow rate to observe the oxygen content. Adjust the opening of the purity valve according to the required nitrogen purity, and automatically switch into the nitrogen storage tank after the purity is qualified. The nitrogen storage pressure of the nitrogen storage tank is generally about 0.6-0.8mpa. Before the maintenance work begins, pay attention to whether the oxygen content indicated by the oxygen meter meets the requirements. The purity and flow of nitrogen can be adjusted by adjusting the opening of the nitrogen outlet valve. Slowly open the vent stop valve and adjust the flow rate to 1/2 of the rated flow rate. When the purity of nitrogen reaches the requirement, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow rate to the required flow rate, close the vent outlet stop valve, and the equipment can be put into use after normal operation. First turn the air compressor knob to no-load, and turn off the air compressor after 2 minutes of no-load operation. Air buffer tank lower drain valve opens to empty tank oil and water. Opening the air compressor can be judged according to the pressure changes of the two adsorption tanks. When the pressure of the compressed air buffer tank reaches more than 0.8MPa, open the nitrogen switch of the control cabinet.
I. Air pretreatment system:
1.Q filter element: It is recommended to replace every 6 months, but before this, if the pressure gauge pointer is shown to the red zone, it must be replaced.
2.P filter element: It is recommended to replace every 12 months, but before this, if the pressure gauge pointer is shown to the red zone, it must be replaced.
3. S-grade filter cartridge: Replace every 12 months, but before that, if the differential pressure gauge pointer appears in the red zone, it must also be replaced.
4. Freezer dryer:
A. Adhere to the transpiration pressure (R22) between 0.4 and 0.5MPa (according to different refrigerant standards).
B. It is recommended to install air pipes and clean the cooler regularly.
C. Check the active drainer daily to avoid blocking and losing the drainage effect. If it is blocked, the manual valve can be slightly opened, the self-discharge valve can be closed, and then the active drainer can be removed for differentiation and cleaning. When cleaning the active drainer, use soap to clean it. Corrosive solutions such as gasoline, toluene and rosin water are prohibited.
D. Check whether the fins of the air cooled condenser are clean every day. Clean regularly. Most of the equipment of the factory (including the cold and dry machine) are placed in the iron shed built outside the workshop, so the working environment is relatively poor, especially the dust is more, the machine will make the cooler collect a lot of dust after a period of use, need to be sorted out in time to avoid the effect and life of the dryer due to poor heat dissipation.
E. Air-cooled: Clean condensing cooler (extractor) filter can be washed with compressed air spray gun. In case of severe blockage, cleaning agents can be used to clean, but do not use solvents that will erode copper pipes and fins.
Water-cooled type: a) Usually adhere to the clean water filter.
b) If necessary, remove the preliminary plate and clean it with an extended soft brush.
c) or contact the original service department to help with maintenance.
F. Always pay attention to whether the air volume, temperature and pressure at the inlet of the dryer are beyond the extra.
5. Active blowdown valve: pay attention to the investigation when running, such as the appearance of no blowdown should be cleaned or replaced in time.
Ii. Oxygen and nitrogen separation system:
1. Solenoid valve: life is about 2 years.
2. Sensor: The service life of the sensor with different analytical appearance is not the same.
3. Pneumatic valve seals: the life is about 2 years, and the life is 1.5 million times. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the user is recommended to replace it for one year.
4. Dust filter element: Replace every 18 months and replace after each screening.
5. Molecular sieve: According to the user's application status, the user is advocated to increase in a year.
Iii. Nitrogen purification system:
1. Catalyst:

3, pipe type pneumatic valve seals (high temperature resistance) : the service life is 1.5 million times, in order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, advocate the user to replace it for one year.
