Nitrogen machine has now become a necessary equipment for many companies, but many engineers know how to operate, but do not know how to extend the life of the nitrogen machine. For any mechanical equipment, maintenance is very important, and the service life of a well-maintained nitrogen machine is longer. In addition to maintenance, the correct use of the nitrogen machine is also crucial for extending the machine equipment.

Maintenance process:
1. Turn off all power switches, including nitrogen maker, nitrogen inlet valve and sampling valve, and wait for complete pressure relief of system and pipeline. Adjust the oxygen analyzer for sampling, adjust the pressure of the reducing valve to 1.0bar, adjust the sampling flowmeter, and adjust the gas volume to about 1, pay attention to the sampling gas volume should not be too large, and start to test the purity of nitrogen.
2, in the compressed air pressure to reach more than 0.7mpa, in order to open the nitrogen machine stop valve, and pay attention to observe the adsorption tank pressure changes and the work of the pneumatic valve can be carried out normally.
3, the pressure of the regeneration tower is zero, and the pressure of the two towers should be close to half of the pressure of the original working tower when it is uniform.
4. Close the entire system and all parts of the system, and observe whether the nitrogen system works normally when the adsorption tank pressure of the nitrogen machine reaches about 0.6MPa.
5, slowly open the vent inlet stop valve, adjust the flow to 1/2 of the rated flow (hospital center oxygen supply system). Adjust the opening of the nitrogen inlet valve to adjust the purity and flow of nitrogen.
6. Observe whether the oxygen content indicated by the oxygen meter meets the requirements. When the purity of nitrogen reaches the requirement, slowly open the pure gas outlet stop valve, adjust the flow rate to the required flow rate, close the blow-off inlet stop valve, and put into use when the equipment is in normal operation.
