Many customers do not know how to carry out the daily maintenance and maintenance of nitrogen machines. Here we tell our customers what should be paid attention to in the peacekeeping maintenance of nitrogen machines:

1, check whether the area around the nitrogen machine equipment is clean, so as to avoid stolen goods being sucked into the equipment, resulting in equipment failure, causing unnecessary damage;

2, check equipment instrumentation, such as nitrogen machine pressure gauge in the work can reach the rated pressure, to avoid insufficient pressure resulting in a decline in nitrogen purity;

3, check the equipment PLC program item reading is normal, to avoid PLC program error caused by nitrogen purity decline;

4, check whether the various parts of the nitrogen machine equipment are loose, if loose, should immediately use a wrench to strengthen;

5. The nitrogen analyzer should be checked and calibrated at least once every quarter; Avoid the display purity deviation caused by damage to the analyzer oxygen electrode;

6, if the nitrogen machine in the production of exhaust noise is too large, please check whether the equipment silencer needs to be replaced;

7. Weekly check whether there is water in the gas tank to avoid high air moisture entering the nitrogen machine due to the failure of the electronic drainer, resulting in a decrease in nitrogen purity;

8, the filter core needs to be replaced every six months or every year according to the difference in the use of the environment.
