1. Filter appearance: differential pressure meter pointer to the red zone (pressure difference is too large). Results: The formation pressure difference is too large, the adsorption pressure drops, and eventually the purity flow of nitrogen drops. Disposal method: Replace the corresponding filter element after shutdown.

2. Active blowdown valve (SMC) appearance: leakage of sewage outlet, the liquid level in the blowdown valve exceeds the highest liquid level (MAX) without blowdown. Results: The air pre-disposal part of the active blowdown valve does not blow down, will form the water and oil removal is not safe, eventually affect the function of molecular sieve. Disposal: Reinstall it after cleaning. Note: When in use, a small amount of air leakage at the sewage outlet is normal.

3. Cold drying machine: Overview: The cold drying machine is the primary part of the air pre-disposal part, and the working condition of the product will affect the oil and water removal function of the system. Normal working conditions: the transpiration pressure is between 0.4 and 0.5Mpa, usually around 0.41 to 0.42Mpa; High-pressure pressure: Air-cooled 1.2~1.6Mpa, water-cooled 1.4~ 1.6Mpa.

Common problems: (1) High pressure pressure: Result: If the pressure exceeds 2.0Mpa, it will cause the high pressure maintenance of the cold and dry machine. Air-cooled type: pay attention to the cleaning of the ambient temperature and the appearance of the air cooler; Water-cooled type: whether the flow, temperature and pressure of cooling water meet the requirements, the clockwise water conditioning valve can reduce the high pressure.

(2) High pressure low pressure: air-cooled type: check and adjust the fan high and low pressure switch setting value. Water-cooled type: counterclockwise water conditioning valve.

(3) High transpiration pressure: Results: affect the water removal effect of the cold and dry machine, and the after-stage oil removal effect. Disposal method: counterclockwise adjust the hot gas bypass valve or counterclockwise adjust the expansion valve.

(4) Low transpiration pressure results: ice blocking appearance will be formed (water vapor in the compressed air directly condenses into ice to form pipeline obstruction) Note: The adjustment of the hot gas pipe valve, water conditioning valve high and low pressure switch, expansion valve is not independent, but related to each other, it is necessary to adjust the valve and investigate the instrument until the parameters appear within the normal range. 4. Activated carbon degreaser function: Degreaser as a final barrier to maintain molecular sieve, its importance is self-evident. Note: The activated carbon service life of the oil remover is about one year, in order to maintain the life of the molecular sieve, it is necessary to replace the activated carbon once a year, and it is also necessary to replace the activated carbon after the air compressor presents oil problems.

Two, carbon molecular sieve nitrogen machine common problems and disposal

Symptom 1:

In between one tower exhaust incomplete

Reason: 1. Check valve leakage

2. The blowback valve is too open

Solution :1. Replace the check valve or inner seal ring

2. Adjust the amount of blowback valve opening

Symptom 2:

Purity decline

Reason: 1. The adsorption pressure is too high (>0.8Mpa)

2. The adsorption pressure is too low (<0.6Mpa)

3. The adsorption pressure is unstable

4. The air source contains too much water and oil

5. The inlet pressure rises too fast

6. Air leakage occurs at the outlet interface

7. Carbon molecular sieve poisoning failure or powder

Disposal: 1. Reduce intake pressure

2. Increase the intake pressure

3. Add a storage tank to the air intake

4. Install oil-water separator before import

5. Adjust the inlet conditioning valve to reduce the intake volume.

6. Remove the plug from the top

7. Replace carbon molecular sieve

Symptom 3:

The nitrogen machine does not work

The reason:

1. The power indicator is off.

2. The power plug or socket is disconnected.

Disposal :1. Check whether the safe wire is normal (the safe position is at the lower end of the power cord and the nitrogen machine socket). Use a flathead screwdriver to pull it out quietly. There are two safe, one in use and one in reserve, to replace if necessary.

2. Check the plug or socket for power.

Symptom 4:

Pressure rises slowly.

The reason:

1. Lack of air intake.

2. Air leakage of the interface is severe.

3. The check valve leaks or is blocked.

Dispose of:

1. Increase the intake flow rate.

2. Remove the plug from the top.

3. Check the check valve.

Symptom 5:

The pressure on a tower is always zero.

The reason:

1. The computer controller does not work.

2. If the valve does not work, the solenoid coil may be burned out or the valve core is stuck.

3. The pressure gauge may be faulty.

Dispose of:

1. View and debug.

2. Gently touch the iron to check whether the fastening screw at the end of the solenoid valve has magnetic attraction. If the coil is proved to be broken, the spool may be necrotic. Close the power supply, open the valve group, take out the valve group, wipe the valve core and dust in the middle of the valve with a clean soft cloth, and then reinstall it from the beginning. Replace the coil if it burns out.

3. Check the replacement pressure gauge.
