What is the drying principle of non-heat regeneration adsorption dryer?
The non-heat regeneration adsorption dryer achieves the drying effect by "pressure change". Since the ability of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to its pressure, a portion of the dried air (called re-gas) expands under reduced pressure to atmospheric pressure. This pressure change allows the expanded air to become drier, and then passes through the unconnected air to regenerate the desiccant layer (i.e. the drying tower that has absorbed enough water vapor). The dry regenerative air sucks out the moisture in the desiccant. Take it out of the dryer to achieve the purpose of dehumidification and drying. Non-thermal regeneration adsorption dryers generally consume about 15% of recycled compressed air.
