In the process of using the nitrogen machine, the user must operate in accordance with the instructions, of course, after the user purchased the nitrogen machine of our company, our company will arrange technicians to the user's plant for on-site installation guidance, give technical advice and training, and the user needs to operate strictly in accordance with the technician's method in the later period. In general, in the experience of our users using nitrogen machines, there are some common problems that need to be cautious:

First of all, the user needs to adjust the nitrogen production valve after the flow meter according to the specific gas pressure and gas consumption, and do not adjust the flow rate at will to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Secondly, the opening of the nitrogen gas production valve should not be too large to ensure the best purity of nitrogen. The valve adjusted by the debugging personnel should not be turned at will, otherwise it will affect the purity of nitrogen.

Finally, the air compressor, the dry machine must be repaired at least once a year, according to the equipment maintenance, maintenance regulations to replace the wearing parts, and maintenance.

It should be added that during the working process of the nitrogen machine equipment, the carbon molecular sieve will have a certain amount of wear, so the molecular sieve should be inspected and filled once a year.
