1. Annual cost of bottled nitrogen:
Generally, the price of 99.9% purity of nitrogen on the market is 18 yuan/bottle, (the specific price is calculated according to the price used by customers) a bottle of nitrogen under 12Mpa pressure, the standard volume is 40 liters, in fact, each bottle is only about 5M3, so calculated, that is, the price of 99.9% nitrogen per cubic meter is about 3.6 yuan.

Nitrogen making machine: the raw material of nitrogen making machine is compressed air, and the nitrogen making machine itself basically does not consume electricity, which is mainly instrument electricity, rated power is about 0.6kw. In summary, the power of the entire nitrogen production system is: 7kw

If the electricity bill is 0.6 yuan /kwh, then the electricity consumption per hour is 7×0.6=4.2 yuan

The production of nitrogen per cubic meter is: 4.2÷10=0.42 yuan, that is, the cost of nitrogen production of a cylinder is: 0.42/ yuan ×5 cubic meters/bottle =2.1 yuan annual use cost: 4.2 yuan (electricity) ×3000 hours/year = 12,600 yuan/year (electricity)
