A carbon molecular sieve is the core of the nitrogen production device, in order to prevent pollution and failure, it is necessary to maintain the air compressor in strict accordance with the oil content requirements of the compressed air, the general configuration is best to choose oil-free air compressor, or configure the oil removal filter, and the air storage tank to add oil removal activated carbon, filter oil removal to 0. Below 01PPM, check the filter frequently, and replace the filter element and oil removal activated carbon regularly.

B Under normal operating conditions, carbon molecular sieve can be used for five years or even longer, generally after five years of continuous use, nitrogen production, nitrogen production purity has not decreased significantly, can still be used, if there is a significant decline, should all replace the molecular sieve.

C The molecular sieve compaction device in the adsorption tower should be checked regularly to avoid any movement of the molecular sieve.

D In the process of operation, if the exhaust muffler is found to spray black dust, it means that the molecular sieve has fallen below the loading port and cannot be compressed, resulting in moving impact and black dust, which should be filled and compressed in time.

E The storage, transportation and handling of molecular sieve will not be harmful to human health. Wear goggles and use an extraction fan when filling the molecular sieve. Wash the skin contact with soap after filling.

F, if there is a spare molecular sieve when ordering, the molecular sieve should be stored in a PE plastic bucket in a dry and closed place to avoid excessive temperature difference between day and night. Properly stored molecular sieve can be preserved for more than two years with unchanged properties. The storage time of the molecular sieve is too long before filling the adsorption tower, should be dried and activated (drying temperature 100-120 ℃, time 2 hours).
