Causes and solutions of purity decline of nitrogen making machine

For the high purity of nitrogen, it is generally necessary to reach 99.9% ~ 99.99%, that is, the national standard of oxygen-free requirements; The nitrogen production machine can maintain constant pressure supply in the production process to ensure the normal operation of production; Nitrogen does not contain dust and heat source and can be used for injection potting.
In general, when nitrogen is taken by the nitrogen production mechanism, the reasons for the decline in nitrogen purity are:
1), air filter, freeze dryer, air storage tank is not normally drained.
2) The freeze dryer is not refrigerated and no personnel find it in time.
3) The front of the nitrogen machine is not equipped with activated carbon degreaser.
4) Nitrogen silencer has a large number of black particles.
5) Some pneumatic valves are damaged.
6) The equipment has not changed the air filter element until now.
Solve the problem as follows:
1) The air storage tank sewage outlet is equipped with a timed drainage device to reduce the load pressure of post-processing.
2) The normal use of the equipment should pay attention to check whether each timing drainer is normally drained, whether the air pressure meets more than 0.6Mpa, and whether there is a cooling effect by comparing the inlet and outlet of the refrigerator. Check whether the purity of nitrogen is stable.
3) The air filter must be changed once every 4000 hours.
4) Activated carbon filter can effectively filter oil, can extend the service life of high-quality carbon molecular sieve, activated carbon needs to be replaced in 3000 hours or 4 months.
5) Nitrogen machine pneumatic valve, solenoid valve for the action components of each model is recommended to prepare one, to prevent future trouble.
When the nitrogen machine equipment is faulty, it is forbidden to turn on the machine to reduce the damage again, communicate with the manufacturer to eliminate the fault in time, find out the cause of the fault for elimination, maintenance, replacement, start-up, and ensure the normal operation of the nitrogen machine equipment.
Before the maintenance and repair work of the nitrogen machine equipment, the power supply should be cut off, the doors and Windows should be opened to ensure that the indoor oxygen content is greater than or equal to 21%, and the ventilation monitoring work should be done to avoid causing the maintenance personnel to inhale too much nitrogen and suffocation, and the system devices and pipes are in a state of pressure. During the maintenance of the equipment, remove the air pressure of the AB tower of the nitrogen machine equipment, and be sure to reduce the pressure of each pipeline to zero in order to disassemble the pipeline and system components, otherwise the pressurized gas will immediately expand and spray out, which will directly or indirectly cause body damage.
Storage tanks, adsorption towers, and buffer tanks are all Class I pressure vessels, which should be slowly increased and reduced when opening and stopping.
Equipment maintenance Establish the correct maintenance concept, and pay enough attention to maintenance. Good operating habits and regular maintenance can extend the normal service life of the equipment, reduce energy consumption, reduce maintenance costs, and effectively avoid sudden failures, greatly reducing the negative impact of failures on production.
Precautions for daily use
1. Normal supply of power, water, air and temperature conditions required by the machine and normal opening and closing; In particular, the stability of the power supply voltage can be installed when necessary to reduce the damage to the controller and the solenoid valve caused by the power supply problem.
2. Always pay attention to the inlet air volume, temperature and pressure of the cold and dry machine, keep the evaporation pressure of the cold and dry machine between 0.4 and 0.5MPa, and do not exceed the rating.
3. Check the automatic discharge valve of the filter and the automatic drainage device of the cold and dry machine every day, so as not to lose the drainage and sewage function due to blockage.
4. Regularly check whether the heat sink of the cold dryer is clean every week, so as not to affect the utility and life of the dryer due to poor heat dissipation.
5. According to the requirements of the instrument code of use for operation and daily maintenance, from time to time check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve/pneumatic valve, the pressure range of the pressure regulator, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the compression of the adsorption tower, the exhaust status of the muffler, the cleanliness of the inner tube of the flow meter, etc.

Therefore, in the choice of dry machine and filter, we choose well-known domestic brands to ensure the stable and long-term operation of the whole system.

4, pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production is characterized by a certain relationship between nitrogen flow and purity, the higher the flow rate used, the lower the purity of nitrogen; The lower the flow rate used, the higher the purity of nitrogen.
